While I have always had a passion for health and fitness, it was my intrinsic desire to connect and learn about others that lead me to Health and Life Coaching. As a divorced mom of two grown boys, I have been able to connect my journey to my clients by developing relationships that allows them to make positive changes that last a lifetime.
